Background: A workshop on occupational health and safety was designed to analyze the increasing number of industrial injuries and deriving conclusions for the organization of work using the example of a ship repair company.
Objectives and Results: In the workshop the participants represented all major departments of the company from dock workers to administrative and commercial personnel as well as external representatives from insurance and work safety institutions. The workshop was designed and executed in close collaboration with eusg’s French partner HSE Vision, a company specialized in offering technical assistance, training and advice on health, safety environment in the workplace as well as firefighting and fire prevention in industrial and public sectors.
